My dentist is Dr Anisa Ali, she and her assistant are alway so nice and friendly, Dr Ali is always very understanding to my other ongoing medical condition and alway work around that and spend time giving me advice. To be honest all the staff are very nice compared to my previous dentist (Cavendish dental). Thank you for the great service

My children had a very pleasant experience at this dental clinic. Mr Shaheen was very patient in explaining everything and had a very gentle approach. The assistant was also very helpful and friendly. My children felt completely at ease and was not afraid at all. As a parent, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided here.

Dr Anisa Ali has been our family dentist for over a decade, and she is exceptional. She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and skilled, especially with children, patients with disabilities, and those with dental anxiety. She takes wonderful care of our entire family’s teeth, including, with great seriousness and kindness, the teeth of our triplet daughter’s own triplet dollies. We are deeply grateful for her care, patience, and consistency over the years.

Absolutely fantastic service. Referred as an emergency by 111 service as I had no dentist. Had a call within an hour offering me a same day appointment. I am an INCREDIBLY nervous patient with a chronic phobia of dentists. Dr Anisa was absolutely fantastic and was incredibly empathetic and understanding, as was her assistant. They put me at ease at took things at a pace I could cope with. Both ladies were incredible with me and are an absolute credit to the practice and the NHS. Thank you both so much for your service, would highly recommend for any nervous patients.

Came in through a 111 referral. My initial impressions were positive — the practice was clean and hygienic, and the receptionist was absolutely lovely and checked me in promptly. I only waited around five minutes before being called in, and the dental assistant even apologised for the short wait. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Cajdler was very disappointing. After explaining my concerns and the pain I was experiencing, he repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence and dismissed what I was saying. I explained that I couldn’t open my mouth very wide due to the pain, but he still forced his fingers into my mouth, causing intense pain on top of what I was already dealing with. He insisted it was "just growing pains" from my wisdom tooth, despite me explaining that it felt more serious based on past experience. After I explained further, he simply responded with "yeah, it could be" and prescribed antibiotics without properly explaining the reason for prescribing them. The staff and cleanliness were excellent, but the dentist’s attitude and lack of care made this a very unpleasant experience. I found the whole experience extremely painful and even though I got what I needed I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Seems to me this dentist rather doesn’t like people who are on benefits, or he dislikes his job a lot.

Exceptional dentist with a lovely manner. Dr Nisa Ali explains treatment options clearly and works with real care and precision,l. She is professional, gentle, and very thorough. She is calm, caring, and extremely skilled. I feel confident coming to dental appointments. Her assistants Dr shameena and rimsha instantly put me at ease , it make a big difference having a warm friendly greeting before any treatment. i Highly recommend Dr Nisa Ali and Normanton road family Dental care, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just had a cosmetic stain removal process at Seven Dental with Mr Shaheen. Brilliant dentist, and brilliant results. Really impressed with his patience and willingness to explain things. Also, helpful and cheerful staff 😊🙏
