Dove Dental Care - Derby

The treatment is good but they did not finish the root canal. We were told by the dentist to wait minimum 3 months to place the crown on the tooth and when called again for the appointment we were asked to pay again, when the treatment was already paid and the crown placement is part of the same root canal procedure. The satff just did not want to agree and wanted us to pay again sadly. The rest of the service was good.

Really lovely experience today. The hygienist was so kind and gentle, the dentist was reassuring and professional, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming. I felt really well looked after and have already booked in for whitening.

A very impressive Dental Practice, with exacting standards of assessment. This was my initial visit & a comprehensive examination was undertaken, along with a thorough history. Not had such high standards of dental care in years. Very pleased to be joining this team. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Fantastic dental care. The members of staff I've had to interact with have always been very friendly and caring. The standard of treatment is very good and I have never had any issues during or after my appointments. I have been coming here for about ten years, and look forward to each of my visits (which is not something I'd ever expect to say about going to the dentist!) A big thank you to Dove Dental for maintaining such a high quality service this whole time. Plus, the ability to book appointments online and check in on tablets is much appreciated too!

Went for my regular hygiene appointment with Riem Malik. Received excellent service from Riem and her assistant, as always. Riem is warm, caring and professional and made sure my experience was as comfortable as possible, despite my sensitive teeth. Riem’s manner always puts me at ease and she did a great job with my teeth. Her assistant was similarly warm and helpful and gave me some helpful instruction on maintaining my oral hygiene. Thank you both 😁

Wonderful first appointment at Dove Dental Care - Derby, I am a very nervous patient but my Dentist put me completely at ease and not concerned about my next appointment. Will happily recommend to friends and family.
