Went with my husband I stayed in the waiting room. Which was very un hygienic. Looked like it had not seen hover or mop since it opened. Advised my husband to look for clean dental practice as he needed surgery for a wisdom tooth.

I have been with this dental practice for 6 years and never had good service until today. The receptionist was unbelievably kind, helpful and passionate about how fantastic the surgeon here is. There's been some serious improvements and I'm so grateful!

My dentist in Derby, reception are friendly and helpful , they’re always polite and put you at ease in my experience. I’m treated like an individual and the hygienist and dentist / dental nurses are friendly and professional. The practice is clean and welcoming. My only suggestion is that disabled access is poor due to the buildings age and layout, so there are steps to negotiate and stairs which wheelchair users would not manage. I am generally very pleased with the service I receive. There is parking fairly close in adjacent streets and it’s usually easy to get an appointment.

I had my first appointment with the hygienist today. She was very very good and whole procedure wasn't as uncomfortable as I though it would be. She's done a wonderful job and my teeth look so much better now. Thank you and I look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend this surgery.

As a parent I couldn't of found a better dentist for me and my family. We recently had to visit the dentist for an emergency appointment for my son. I was offered an appointment the same day and was dealt with promptly, with no messing around. The dentist we booked in with was not our routine dentist but he was polite and upheld my regular dentist standard of care. We was provided with post aftercare and was booked in with my regular dentist for a follow up appointment. On the follow up appointment i was overwhelmed by the level of care and interest the dentist undertook to provide my son with a "Gold standard treatment plan". I would definitely recommend this dental practice for comprehensive treatment planning and brilliant dental care.

If I could rate 0.1 stars I would, spent my whole life going to this practice and my mum has spent 30 whole years. Can't sort out issues with an appointment, my mum can't even talk to a dentist face to face while being literally 20 seconds of stairs away, wasted money getting there just to have 30 years of loyalty thrown in her face, ridiculous. I won't be coming here again ever.

In the last year I have had 2 appointments for work to be done and twice they cancelled..I got a reminder for a check up today! The dentist who I previously saw was rude and came across as arrogant. I no longer attend this practice and would never recommend them.
