Dental Appointment Review I had a recent visit to the dentist that was surprisingly positive, considering I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and expedited the check-in process. I was called in for my appointment within just a day or so as this is not even my dentist, which was a relief given my condition. The dentist was highly professional and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, assessed my pain swiftly, and explained each step of the treatment process clearly. Even while I was suffering, I felt reassured by their confident and calm demeanour. The clinic was well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Despite my circumstances, I felt well looked after—both in terms of my physical comfort and emotional support. The staff continuously checked in on me throughout the procedure. Overall, my experience at the dentist's office was commendable. They managed to address my immediate needs promptly while ensuring I felt cared for. The follow up of after care the next day was commendable. It's great to know that even in pain, receiving quality dental care is possible. Thankyou Terry.

Absolutely wonderful place. A caring and friendly team, professional and knowledgable. Put me at ease from my first visit. Nothing too much trouble. Explained the whole treatment process carefully to me, and were at all times checking in to make sure I was ok with everything. Excellent service.

ive just had the start of my journey having implants with dr viral chauhan what a wonderful team the care i recieved from him and the nurses was brilliant it was a 6 hour treatment but they made me comfortable and they really cared for me as a mature lady dentists are very scary but i would recommend this dental practice especially for nervous patients my teeth look brilliant as well !! thank you all so much for everything xx

I am a very nervous dental patient but Andrew at Casa done a great job explaining everything as we went offering optional choices of treatment. He eventually did a great job with a replacement front tooth which is completely undetectable. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now.

This dental surgery and all the staff are amazing, I could not fault any off them, each on their own part make for myself what is a nerve wrecking experience into something else entirely, the customer service exceeds expectations and I only wish I had known of them earlier.
