I presented at this dental practice as a new patient as I needed to move to a dentist within my locality. Firstly, when I called to make an appointment, the phone was answered promptly and the receptionist was so lovely, professional, informative and efficient. I think her name was Jo On arrival, I initially struggled with my communication due to a medical condition, but the environment created in the reception area was welcoming, calm, relaxed and friendly as the reception team were patient and empathetic I was taken to a lovely, spacious room with a relaxing scene on the wall mounted t.v and it was there I met the wonderful team, Dr Faisal and nurse Kelly. My care was exceptional! They were both welcoming, professional and efficient. Dr Faisal is a friendly, gentle, thorough and very knowledgeable dentist who appears to genuinely want the best for his patients. He identified issues previously missed by my former dentist and took great pains to ensure that I understood the issues and options available. I particularly like the letter which summarised what was discussed. An excellent first appointment Thank you

Easily a 5 star review - I’ve been going to this practice for many years now and will continue to go there for many more. The receptionists are professional, friendly, warm and welcoming. I was a little concerned when Mr Titley retired as I wasn’t sure Tracy was staying, but she phoned me to say she was teaming up with Dr Samrai which reassured me. Dr Samrai has been excellent, very gentle and understanding. I’m always happy to see Tracy and the hygienists have been great too. All round it’s a fantastic dental practice.

After a couple of bad experiences at previous dental practices, I have now been registered at TDD&Co for a couple of years and I am feeling very happy and well looked after. Dr. Nandhra is a fantastic dentist, who alongside Selina, has made me feel so relaxed each visit. Thanks to all - a trip to the dentist is no longer daunting!

I have been a patient here for a few years now and dislike attending any dentist treatment. However, Dr Samrai and Tracy are always very friendly and approachable, allowing me more than enough time to ask any questions or voice any concerns. They explain everything as they go, are very attentive, and always put me at my ease. I can fully recommend them and they work as a fab team together. I have recently joined this dental practice, I felt comfortable straightaway the waiting room with Dental receptions who are all really pleasant & helpful was good. My dentist is very nice and advised me how to go forward with improving my dental plan, I felt he was helping me to look after my teeth giving very good advice.

I would happily give this dental practice a 5 star review. I phoned the practice yesterday morning, got registered straight away and got myself an appointment for 3pm. The reception staff are as friendly and helpful as you can wish for. When I seen the dentist, I told him I have a phobia of being in the chair! He put me right at ease, explaining everything he was doing, as he was doing it. I got exactly the right treatment I needed, and I'm actually looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks to have my loose teeth removed and having a denture fitted. Thank you again for all your help and making my experience at the practice a very good one.

Dr Samrai and Tracy were so kind and understanding of my difficulties … but made my tooth filling experience and easy one! They steadied my nerves and reassured me throughout the process … thank you!
