😍 😍 I have been coming to Coalway Road Dentel Practice for years and I am so thankful and grateful to all of the staff to present, who have shown me empathy, understanding and respect to me and to all of their patients, in their working environment. Their environment settings are clean and very calm They all make you feel so welcome and they all listen, if you have any concerns and guide you in your dental oral hygiene and care plan. 💯 % and they do not judge you and feel at ease. 😁 Thankyou so much to all staff members at Coalway Road Dentel Practice for your expertise and professional work and a special thank you to Fereshteh Khalighi and your kind nursing assistant for whom I have known for many years for giving me my smile back (again) 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 From Joy.. 😁 😁 😁 😁

My son's tooth filling was done using very weak and poor-quality material. After only two hours, the filling came out completely. Up until now, two of my son's permanent teeth have come through and no proper attention has been given to them. These are permanent teeth and they will not grow back, yet there still has been no proper treatment. The only thing they seem to know is removing teeth. In my opinion, they have very little experience and I am extremely disappointed with the care we received.

I'm not normally one for reviews but honestly this place is amazing I can't fault them. Due to a severe phobia of dentists I severely neglected my teeth but needed help and right from the start they were lovely. They helped me with signing up and processing everything, then when I had two wisdom teeth pulled it felt like everything was just a blur with no stress. Fereshteh and Ravi I believe their names are, were just lovely. They helped me through everything and for the first time in a long time I didn't feel embarrassed or ashamed to be in the dentist. They took the time to actually talk to me and calm me down unlike other places. Thank you all so so much.

My daughterś tooth was filled without proper cleaning first.The whole treatment only took arond tow minutes which felt far too rshed After only three days her cheek became swollen and developed alump blok honestly. ldo not feel this was proper dental care at all Very disappointed with the treatment and experience.

Recently came to this dentist after neglecting my teeth for a while with bad mental health. Needed a tooth that was in a bad way extracted. I hadn't been to the dentist for over 10 years and have only ever had a filling. I was absolutely petrified and the dentist and his assistant were incredible. Patient and reassuring and got me through the procedure without me panicking. My tooth was out in minutes and I was on my way. Incredible. Helped to much with my fear of the dentist.

Unfortunately I havent been to a dentist for years. Had a few issues because of this. Visited twice recently and the dentist and staff are so lovely. Thank you so much for great service and attention.

I have been coming here for 14 years and the lady dentist was always fantastic with my treatment. I believe things changed after covid and now a male dentist is there where the service is shocking. In October 2025 he said because I have not been for a long time you will need a deep clean which would cost. A week later would be the treatment. In that week I have had no letter of what the treatment would be or the cost. It took no longer than 12 minutes and at reception they stung me with a bill of £180. I obviously disputed this because they had a week to confirm the pricing and what treatment I would be agreeing to. They said I signed a disclaimer and when I looked at it, it still had no price on there. They refunded it and I said just for fuel tire you should communicate with your patients so they are aware. I told the dentist that the service is poor and it was never like this. Therefore I would like for you to delete my information so that I can go elsewhere. The dentist said I would like to see you in 6 months time and vaguely apologised for the miscommunication. Today I had my appointment because they sent me a text. The sane dentist was there and he said due to the confusion last time, I don’t feel comfortable working on your teeth. I said so you made me take a day off work, get child care because the kids are off, make me come into surgery and tell me then? Did you not learn from the last poor communication? I was furious at this time and then he said I’ll do it now. He spent 2 and a half min on my teeth and I left. Do not go here. It’s lost its credibility and respect. If Bhandals look into the matter they will realise this dental practitioner is ruining your name. It’s not 3.4 star rating for no reason. His service and conduct needs investigating. He should have got the receptionist to ring me first thing to say we have cancelled your appointment and taken you off our list. It’s a joke.
