Thank you to Vidhi for the way she handled my son during his treatment for a root canal and bridge fitting - I was very impressed with your confidence, calmness and patience, it really helped him get through the procedure. Also, thank you to Niamh for reassuring him, answering his many questions and making him feel at ease. I've been a patient at Braces and Faces for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had a hygienist appointment at Braces and Faces and was looked after by Kelly (Nurse) and Aisha (Hygienist). As an anxious patient, I really appreciated how both Kelly and Aisha took the time to reassure me throughout the entire process, clearly explaining each step and regularly pausing to make sure I was comfortable and had a chance to breathe. My X-ray was discussed and explained in a clear, simple way, and further dental advice was given in a manner that was easy to understand and follow. Thanks to their kindness, patience, and clear communication, the whole experience felt much less daunting. I would highly recommend Braces and Faces and will definitely be returning.

The team are so welcoming and lovely. They are really friendly and my dentist is amazing too. She goes to every length to explain everything before hand and to ensure you are happy throughout treatment. She is definitely the best dentist I've ever have.

I really like the staff. Selima and her assistant are absolutely lovely and the receptionist was really polite, despite being busy. All of the staff I've been seen by are friendly and helpful and I'm thinking of switching to this practice for my NHS treatment also (currently a private patient paying for a brace).

The service at Braces & Faces is absolutely fantastic! The best dental practice I’ve ever been to! All the staff are so lovely and go out of their way to be kind & helpful. They provide a professional and quality service. Lavina, the receptionist is always welcoming and friendly and Chantal and Salima have been excellent in guiding me through my Invisalign treatment too. Great team. A* service!

If you'd of asked me a year ago or so if I would recommend this surgery I would of 100% said NO. My son and I dreaded going as the dentist lady was absolutely vile, rude and spoke to her staff like dirt! But since its now under new management I would 110% highly recommend the surgery. Dentist and staff are friendly, welcoming and very professional. Environment is clean and tidy. The dentist lady is lovely along with the rest of the staff, i can praise them enough.
