Got a phonecall out of the blue despite having declined treatment well over a year ago, then asking for who our new dentist is in order to send a letter, and giving attitude over the phone when we cannot give that information on the spot 'So you don't know the name of the dentist you go to every 6 months? ok then' as if we are lying. Really need to sort their attitude out. Never used them and certainly never will based on this persons telephone manner.

Absolutely amazing experience at Braces & Faces Dental Centre. The whole team are so friendly, welcoming and professional. They made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly. I’m so happy with my treatment and would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I've been with this dentist for a few years now and honestly, they are by far the best practice I've ever been to. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always strive to help in any way. Highly recommend this practice!

Very friendly staff and the service they provide is excellent. My sister also got braces from Braces & Faces a few years ago and as she had a very good experience, I decided to go with them too. I've been with them for two years now and never have had a problem. Staff have created a lovely atmosphere and address any concerns you might have very swiftly. I would 100% recommend them.
