Needed an emergency appointment for a recurring abscess and these guys were amazing! Got me in really quickly, X-ray’s me and found out I had an infected tumour in the roof of my mouth. They did a referral for me and I was seen really quickly by the hospital. Amazing and friendly and genuinely care about you the person rather than what comes from the government. Haven’t got enough great words to say about them!

I had a cracked tooth that was causing me a lot of pain and really needed to see a dentist. I’m not registered anywhere at the moment and I came across Smile Together CIC. I phoned the day before and spoke to a lovely woman who explained I needed to call back at 8.30am the next morning. She told me not to be put off by the queue and that it could take a while to get through, but reassured me I would be answered. That honestly helped so much. I called the next morning and waited just over an hour, which I was more than happy to do. Once I got through, I was booked in quickly for an appointment that same morning in Truro. When I arrived, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming, and I wasn’t waiting long at all before being called in. I’m quite scared of the dentist, but Charlie was absolutely lovely – friendly, calm, and reassuring. Charlie and his team (two really lovely women) put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained clearly and simply, including having the tooth removed, which really helped calm my nerves. I honestly can’t thank Charlie and the team enough. The care I received was amazing. Thank you, Smile Together – I’m so grateful.

Absolutely wonderful place. I called at 8.30am where there was19 people in front of me after about 40 minutes,I got through to a lovely member of staff who offered me an appointment in the afternoon. We travelled 45 minutes to Truro and I must say the whole experience was brilliant. I was introduced to Sarah and Tabitha who gave me and x-ray then went into the surgery room which was exceptionally clean. I had everything explained to me and what my options were. I was nervous but opted to have one possibly two teeth extracted if possible . They've caused me a great deal of pain and infections over time and then finding out I have no dentist after many cancellations from them(in my local town). Anyway I was given two injections which I hardly felt to be honest I've had worse blood tests. I soon felt numb and I zoned out but within ten minutes my back molar and impacted wisdom tooth were finally out . I was given aftercare advice and a gauze . The whole experience was amazing . I would defiantly recommend this place even the receptionist (Debs)was very helpful and friendly . The best experience I've ever had in a dentist and I'm usually terrified.

I’ve had a brilliant experience. My appointment was 3.30pm I went in on time. I had a wisdom tooth extracted, after an X-ray. I was treated with respect, and was informed at all times what was happening. My appointment was just over 1/2 hour. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Went for an emergency dental appointment as I had developed an abscess over a weekend. I don't like going to the dentist as I get very anxious but the whole team was brilliant. My tooth had to be extracted and Charlie and the nurse assisting were reassuring and explained everything that was happening step-by-step. I didn't feel anything. Thank you again.

Absolutely wonderful staff! I could not have had a better experience. All the staff were incredibly lovely. From the receptionist to the dentist and the dentist assistant, I truly felt like they really cared. Were so kind and really made me feel like I mattered. Honestly just amazing. I had a pretty heavy extraction and they really made sure I was numb enough and then looked after.

I was sent to Smile Together by NHS 111 service with an swollen face and toothache. What a revelation! It has restored my faith in NHS dentistry. From 1st call to actual treatment was under 5 hours including travelling. The receptionist was bright and kind. Then I meet Grace, the dentist. So calm and reassuring. She very quickly removed the offending root and drained it. No pain and talking reassuringly all the time. The surgery was very clean and bright. The dental nurse made sure I was comfortable. Thank you all for making a difficult situation into a memorable one. This practice should be used as a benchmark for all others to attain. Thank-you so much.
