Truro Dental Health

I had a root canal treatment with Dr Bateman today. He took his time to explain everything before the treatment, made me feel at ease as soon as I got in the chair. Such a kind person, wish I could have him as my permanent dentist.

Got referred to TDH for an urgent appointment for toothache via Smile Cornwall. I was very nervous as it’s a good few years since I had been to the dentist and I had bad experiences as a child. All the team were great, especially Adam, and put me at ease, calm and reassuring. Really impressed.

Haven’t been able to find or get a Denist appointment in 2 YEARS!!!! But went yesterday to Truro Dental health. I was a tad nervous, but Mr Blake put me at ease immediately, really fabulous meeting him , everyone was so nice and professional. I’m actually looking forward to returning!.. many thanks 🙏

I am absolutely terrified of dentists, but I also understand the importance for regular check ups. My dentist here is nothing but an absolute joy, always quick to make a little joke and make me feel much more at ease. Whenever I had an emergency they were able to take me in, as well as give me advice when needed. Just high praise all round!

I have been with this dental practice for over 30 years and can honestly say that I have received the utmost professional and quality care throughout.... with my fear of dentists from childhood accommodated by Fergus and Adam who have put me at ease and Rachel, the hygienist who scales my teeth by hand to avoid my sensitivity problems to avoid pain. The reception staff and dental nurses are all lovely and very polite and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone I know. Thank you Ros Jones

I have today had the 2nd of 2 dental works carried out here. I had a bad experience with a dentist a few years ago so avoided them. However as not getting any younger decided I needed to get my teeth in order. After extensive research & recommendations I booked in with Truro Dental Health. Initial consutation was secured with the help of a fabulous reception team - a deposit and included X-rays and check up. I saw Miles. That guy is an absolute credit to TDH, chilled and informative put me at ease striaght away, his nurse ( I didn’t catch her name ) equally chatty and very calm. Both appointments which included fillings and a root removal were planned and exactly what was discribed to me. The procedures themself were done with minimal discomfort. I honestly can not recommend Miles and the team. I’ve already booked in for my hygienist appointment - and will look to use thier monthly plan in moving forward. Thank you again to all the team.
