The NHS waiting list was so long so we came here privately for two teenagers. We've so far had absolutely brilliant service. The staff have always listened to our desires for the outcome of their treatment. Nick has kept us informed along the whole journey with a next step plan at each appointment. Very pleased and looking forward to seeing the final results in a few months!

Took my great grandson Louie to the truro clinic for his braces measurement scan on 23rd of march, the technician was very friendly, efficient and methodical and the digital equipment used for the scan impressive! Very good experience, highly recommended. Staff were very helpful with bringing forward his initial appointment to avoid a clash with his gcse exams.

I had such a great experience at Portman! Nick originally straightened my teeth years ago, so I was really pleased to be able to return to him for a small repair, he’s just as skilled, professional, and reassuring as I remembered. The whole visit was smooth from start to finish, and Beth on reception was especially lovely, so welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend Nick and the team if you’re looking for expert care and a friendly, professional environment!

Brilliant clinic. Always friendly, Helpful and happy to answer any questions. My son and daughter attend for their braces and my son is very nervous and they are great with him explaining everything they are going to do. Would recommend.

My teenage daughter has had her braces on for about 6 months now and we’ve had a few visits to the practice. Everyone is always helpful and friendly and the treatment she has been receiving is always excellent. We’re both well informed of what’s happening and the next steps and she’s very well taken care of and made to feel comfortable and happy with the process.
