I have been a patient at this practice for the past eight years. I first attended with major issues with my teeth and gums in my lower jaw. On my first consultation with Mark Haswell he carried out an examination of my lower jaw and we discussed all the options I had regarding the health of my teeth and gums. I enquired about the cost and timeline if I was to go ahead with the work. I was given a detailed breakdown of all work and costs and agreed to go ahead. Over the next six months everything went as planned. Many hours in the dental chair and throughout it was a painless procedure. The risks were explained in detail before I agreed to having the work done and I was overjoyed with the final result. I first visited Stradbrook Dental Practice in February as a new patient with a horrible tooth infection. Kunal Datta assessed me immediately and referred me to the Queen Victoria Maxillofacial team for urgent treatment. After my tooth extraction, Kunal and his wonderful dental nurse, Angela Simpson, supported me with such care and empathy at every appointment. Over the summer, I made the decision to go ahead with a dental implant, and with Kunal, Sinitta Datta, and Angela guiding me through each stage, today I finally had my implant fitted. I’ve got my smile and confidence back, and I cannot thank the whole team enough for their kindness, patience, and support — especially on the days I found it overwhelming. Efficient, kind, gentle, good explanations and involvement in decision making. Very confident in the knowledge and skills of Mark and his team. Easy to access, comfy environment. Literally, cannot think of any negatives.
