Tonbridge Gentle Dental

I gave 5 stars because this dentist truly goes above and beyond. She clearly explains any issues, offers honest advice especially if you're on a low budget and shares helpful dental hygiene tips. I don’t usually write reviews, but she genuinely deserves it. She’s skilled, compassionate, and makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Both the receptionist and dental nurse were fantastic. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with scheduling, while the nurse was calm and reassuring during the visit. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The whole team is outstanding.

This is a small but pleasant private dental practice that is always friendly and efficient. They have a remarkable collection of equipment and use it well to explain a range of options and make clear recommendations. I have never felt hurried or been pressured to make any particular choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a really positive experience at Tonbridge Gentle Dental! They were able to see me very quickly (I put in an equiry on Sunday and was offered appointments as early as Monday afternoon). Staff are really friendly and understanding. I have a lot of anxiety around dentist visits but the dentist I saw was thorough, understanding, empathetic and kind.

Good dentists. I went to them after two NHS dentists cancelled my appointments at a whim and then told me I was no longer on their registers. Gentle Dental are quite straight about everything - they are ‘private’ and don’t pretend to be NHS like the Crowborough and Hastings ones I was with, and probably cost the same.

I used to dread going to any dentist but not any more ,my last dentist used to upset my vertigo every time I went but Dr joy is so thoughtful & considerate ,she always spends time to talk to you & explain things ,she is the nicest dentist I've ever been to & all the rest of the staff are so kind & friendly

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. My dentist, Shahnaz, is so patient and understanding of my anxiety issues and told me what she doing every step of the way. I haven’t liked going to the dentist since I had a bad experience many years ago but, with Shahnaz, I will definitely try to keep on top of regular appointments now.

Professional service. Appointment started on time. Good dental hygiene advice given.
