River Lawn Dental & Implant Centre - Tonbridge

I wanted to leave a review because this team genuinely deserves it. I really don’t like going to the dentist, but they made the whole experience so much easier for me. I was in a lot of pain and didn’t have the money at the time, and they still agreed to do the treatment and let me pay when I got paid at the end of the month. That kindness meant a lot to me and I won’t forget it. The dentist who treated me is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had—amazing at his job and brilliant with people. You can tell the people here genuinely care, and I’m really grateful for everything they did.

My first visit as a new patient was truly awful. The dentist was rude and seemed disinterested in her job, rather than trying to meet her quoter by trying to upsell me on treatments. The overall patient care and service were poor. Request Principal dentist ti call me on 28MAY…to date I still have not received a call!

Brilliant dentistry, particularly for super nervous patients - like me! I had an emergency on Xmas Day. I was able to book a fast appointment and had to have a crown - which was complicated given the damage to the tooth. I was in the best hands and had my final fitting today. Totally recommend - 10/10 for treatment, for kindness, for fixing my poor broken tooth so well. Thank you.

In UK for a holiday and lost a filling under a crown. I contacted River Lawn and was very happy with the quick work and professionalism of all the staff. Easy to talk to people and great explanations for what work they where doing in my mouth.

Fantastic! I woke in the middle of the night with acute pain from my tooth. My usual dentist couldn't see me for a week. I made a call to River Lawn Dental and I'm so glad I did. The receptionist was first class, she very quickly found me a same day appointment and ensured that I was aware of the costs. She then followed up with an email to confirm my appointment and a health form, which meant that there was no waiting around when I arrived. Upon arrival the service was equally good. I was seen exactly on time and the dentist was brilliant. She listened carefully, examined gently and gave me a number of treatment options. These were well explained and the benefits and drawbacks were clearly detailed. Absolutely first class.
