My wife and I have both seen Dr. Spring Chen and had a great experience. She’s incredibly patient, kind, and takes the time to really listen without rushing you. We’ve each had two appointments so far, and every visit has been positive. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. Really glad we found her. We’ll definitely continue seeing her and would highly recommend.

This is the best dentist I’ve had They make your feel really relaxed Dr Barden and Jacqui are good as gold. They talk you through in detail what work is being done and are happy to look at whatever has been troubling you, including removing old left over glue from my braces. Glue I’d been carrying for over 30 years!!😆 Thank you!

I love my dentist Alina I have no faults on her and this review is not a reflection of her, but the receptionist needs training on how to speak to people with respect and understanding, I was rushed told to hurry up as people are waiting he also made multiple mistakes which delayed booking an appointment and the way I was spoken to was no only unprofessional but disrespectful. As a person who works in the customer service industry this behaviour is unacceptable. I would strongly suggest that you either train or replace this man. As a private patient who is paying a premium price I expect to at least be spoken to with respect.
