I 'm just writing to say how happy I am with Gemma, the hygienist. I recently has an issue which concerned me so I needed her advice. She was good enough to phone me, but I explained that I would rather see her. She made me an appointment at short notice. I explained the situation and she was very reassuring and able to come up with a solution.

I have always had a terrible, irrational fear of the dentist but this practice and especially Leon, are amazing. They are all so kind, considerate and really empathetic to my fear, meaning I can now go for treatment without feeling totally terrified! The receptionists are really helpful and always make sure they can fit you in for emergency treatment. Today, I rang at 8.45 and secured an appointment for early afternoon. Leon is not only empathetic but also a brilliant dentist. I literally completely trust him. He is honest, patient and straightforward but I really feel he always has my best interests at heart. I still panic about going but i know he will take the time to make sure i feel comfortable with what he has to do. I have spent a lifetime avoiding the dentist at all costs but finally have found a practice which I genuinely trust. The hygienist, Gemma is also amazing although I think she dreads me coming in because I can only manage about 5 minutes treatment at anyone time! If you're looking for an outstanding dental practice , I absolutely recommend these guys.

I have recently joined this dental practise and I have to say it’s where I’m staying! The helpful and friendly staff here really go the extra mile to fulfil your requirements and needs. Being an individual who is, albeit embarrassingly nervous of the dentist, I felt totally at home here. A special thanks to Daryl (Dentist) and a special thanks also to Amy, who was the Treatment Coordinator I had a great conversation with. She’s helped me work out a plan going forwards with regards to teeth straightening, whitening etc at an affordable price. She’s extremely helpful. 10/10! Thanks

From the moment you walk in, you are met with a cheerful smile and greeting. I have recently attended for treatment and being a nervous patient took comfort from the genuine kindness of the staff. The reception staff even offered me a chance for someone to accompany me for my appointment! The dentistry is always carried out with consummate professionalism but also with empathy and care.

After 12 years in my last dentist I was worried about finding the same level of service in another. So I would like to share some great feedback where I was not disappointed. After having my routine check up I decided to have a hygienist appointment with Gemma. The level of cleaning I had left me feeling very happy, Gemma was gentle in her approach and fast leaving a clean sensation on my teeth for weeks to come. I have left a well deserved 5 star rating which is well deserved. Thanks team!

Our whole family has been coming to this practice for many years to see Leon who we all love. Great dentist and really nice guy too. Two of our children have also had their braces fitted here by Gareth. He's a bit of a legend and has done a super job for both. Overall, with Mary as the most personable and efficient Practice Administrator, we are very pleased.

I came over from my previous dentist (local to tonbridge) that delivered a poor and inconsistent service to these guys. The folks at MyDentist are extremely professional, friendly and most of all caring. I had a cleaning service and my teeth have genuinely never been cleaner. Its honestly night & day from my old practice. Very impressed and well worth the money 🙂
