Hello, Today was my last visit for my braces treatment over the course of roughly 2 years. I would like to thank Dr Haren Patel as well as Dr Anna Pozdejeva and any other staff members involved, because they did an excellent job. The results of your work really surprised me since they outgrew my expectations, which me and my family really appreciate and are very thankful for. Now my smile doesn't want to go away. Great place. Friendly receptionist and nice waiting area. I had my braces fitted on for about a year and then onto bands for a short time for helping the overbite and then finally the retainers for helping them stay in place. My teeth are way better than they were at the start and I’m grateful for all the work that the staff have done.

very nice staff, always make you feel comfortable, Would 100% recommend especially if your anxious, they are perfect with making you feel comfortable and will answer any questions you have

08 Jan 2016: We engaged with their receptionist, two other members of staff and Mr Patel their Orthodontist. All were polite and courteous. The premises appeared to be in a good state. Waiting time was fair and reasonable. Mr Patel in particular made my Daughter (17) feel immediately at ease regarding her introduction treatment path. ....'night and day' different to the nightmare she endured with her first referral at a Louth orthodontist where she was promised treatment that was delayed twice with unreasonable excuses and frankly some lies, and which we subsequently discovered the orthodontist had not even embarked on the appropriate training for. Then he phoned to tried to coerce us into private treatment at a Leicester surgery costing over £3000. The fiasco led to over 18 months of zero progress, a report to the practice manager and an eventual re-referral due to breach of trust. The sad part is that the practice claimed that the breach was two-way because I had recorded audio evidence of the orthodontists manner and of the interview with the PM. Glad to be shut of the place but it angers me that he continues to treat others in the same way and the. Practice appeared to 'close ranks' in an attempt to avoid reputational damage.

i have had my braces fitted and off and now retainers. and ive gotten on so well and am so happy with being there. they are super friendly, lovely and helpful. i have over the moon with my experience, they made me so much more confident.

Superb treatment from day one with my son who has been fitted with braces for 12 months now. Always answer the phone, have a truly friendly approach and a warm welcome. Highly recommend!
