Really bad for getting more money out of you then you originally planned for. Went in for a tooth removal and afterwards he checked the rest of my teeth without saying it'll cost anything and started just adding on more charges. Ended up costing me £350 for a single tooth to be removed.
Very disappointed in any way possible ! We have booked an appointment, however on arrival we’ve been informed that our appointment has been cancelled and no one bothered to inform us. We were offered a another appointment in a few days time, yet again on arrival we’ve been told the same thing! Cancelled ! After explaining that we’ve traveled quite far to get here and this is now second time in a row, the receptionist offered us to sit around and wait to see if the dentist could take us in, there was no time frame and funny enough the actual appointment time has been given to somebody else ! We’ve asked why and couldn’t get an answer. Fuming is beyond words ! All the receptionist could say was that the patients names are very similar and she gets confused!
