I had my tooth extraction and implant treatment with Dr Israr Razaq in May 2025, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The treatment itself went smoothly and exactly as explained. From the initial consultation through to the implant procedure, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What stood out most was the clear communication and transparency. The treatment plan was explained in detail, including the steps involved, assesement and possible risks, expected outcomes, timelines, and costs. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward approach—there were no surprises at any stage. Overall, the care was reassuring, well-organised, and delivered to a good standard. I usually get nervous about dental appointments, but Dr Gagan Kaur at this practice completely changed that for me. She was welcoming, patient, and attentive, and the care and advice I received was outstanding. She knew exactly what she was doing and it put me at ease immediately. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for Invisalign treatment. Highly recommend Dr Gagan, she’s exceptional.

My daughter went to Dr Israr Razaq for her Invisalign treatment. He made your feel at ease as she had a bad experience else where. He was very reassuring and explained any treatment before going ahead. It took a few years as he wanted them to be perfect for her. The results are amazing and given my daughter so much confidence. I had a really positive experience with Dr Gagan during my recent check-up and filling. I always struggle with gagging during dental appointments, which can make me quite anxious, but she was incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout. Since a teenager I have had many bad experiences with variuos dentists then last year a dentist filled a tooth where it crumbled in a week.. Last month I plucked up the courage to call Elegant Smiles where my first contact was Louise. I expressed my concerns & fears. At my introductory appointment last month I can honestly say I have not been anywhare of late where a place is just filled with king and friendly people. Louise had told Dr Gagan my story. Gagan immediately 'took me under wing' with care, attention & reassurance making my first appointment with her & her assisstant the best dentist visit I had ever experienced. Yesterday Gagan and her assisstant Ellie removed the broken tooth with care, attention and complete consideration for me & I have woken today with no pain at all. I had lost my smile, I had missing teeth at the front and was so afraid of the dentist. I finally took a big step and made an appointment at Elegant Smiles and was seen by Dr Kaur. Unfortunately I had to have all my remaining teeth taken out and be fitted with dentures. Dr Kaur really made me feel at ease and from start to finish she has been amazing. I now have a full complete mouth of teeth and can finally smile again and they look absolutely amazing. I can’t thank Dr Kaur enough for giving me my smile and my self confidence back, she truly is fantastic.

Really lovely dentist! I took my newly 3 year old for a check up with Ozzy and he was brilliant. No other dentist has got my daughter to open her mouth but Ozzy managed to do an actual check up! Dental practice was really clean i’d highly recommend!
