Ernevale House Dentistry

I am a new patient at Ernevale House Dentistry and from the very first consultation I have been very impressed and I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Today I underwent my first procedure which I would describe as faultless! I highly recommend Andre. His knowledge, care and expertise is exceptional. Andre explained each stage of the procedure as it was happening and ensured that I was never in any discomfort. Dental Nurse Molly working alongside Andre was very professional and attentive and I could see that she is a great asset to the team. Reception staff - wonderful! kind, caring, warm and friendly, no question is a question too many. In short, I have been left with such a good lasting impression, the practice is definitely a 5* practice and it is a pleasure to attend. For anyone experiencing any kind of dental phobia - I would recommend this is where you need to be registered - you will be looked after! Thank you Team Ernevale 🙂

I have been at this practice most of my adult life- although the nursing staff have a high turnover of staff in over 30 years my dentist has only changed 3 times. My current dentist Andre is very empathetic and patient if your nervous and has seen me through some nervous times. Excellent dentist. Asem my dental hygienist is very good gentle and reassuring with good advice. I can't fault this dentistry at all and would recommend them to anyone. Having good latest technology also helps with the treatment needed. In my opinion the best in Spalding. Kay Thorpe

Would highly recommend this dental practice. The staff members are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Surgeries are clean and hygienic and all staff are just great. My recent visits have been excellent. As a nervous patient I have been totally reassured by the dental team! Very attentive. Thank you.

A reasonable enough dental practice, located just off Spalding town centre. Parking next door, and a short walk from the bus and rail station. Prices are reasonable, and premises clean and hygienic, and staff are considerate. I would like to give a higher rating, but there are issues in that they obviously don't seem to be able to keep their staff. This means there is little continuity in my care - having now had to move to a new dentist at the practice - my sixth in around 8 years, iE Peter, Sylvia, Raymond, Tim, Chris, and Darkeo, This also makes it difficult to build up any relationship with my practitioner. Nursing staff seems to be even worse, as I seem to see a different nurse in the surgery every other visit.

The most important thing when going to the dentist is trust. Trust that they will advise you on the best possible treatment to ensure your mouth stays healthy and trust that, if work is required, they will do it with expert knowledge and make the whole experience as stress free as possible. This is exactly what you get at Ernevale House Dentistry. Along with that comes an excellent reception team who will welcome you with a smile. As a new patient with Raymond, I didn't feel rushed and he took time to discuss a treatment plan. It was certainly not an unpleasant experience. Would highly recommend this practice.

I cannot recommend this Dentist enough! From start to finish I received an excellent service. I was suffering with a cracked tooth and in a lot of pain, it was the weekend and I was desperate to find an emergency dentist. When I contacted Ernevale House Dentistry, I was greeted by a friendly, sympathetic receptionist who went out of her way to get me in for an appointment asap. I was booked in for that morning. My appointment was with Mr Hoffmann. He was calm and put me at ease immediately. He explained my options and proceeded to make the whole experience of having a tooth removed as comfortable as it possibly could. When I returned home, I received a call to check I was ok from the lovely receptionist. When it comes to Dentists, if you are looking for a warm, friendly welcome. A professional, calm service at an affordable price..... These are your guys.

My husband and myself hadn't been to a dentist for a while after a few bad experiences with various practices, which doesn't help when you have a fear of dentists (like I do) We have both been seeing Andre for over a year now, (my most recent visit yesterday) and I can't praise him enough, he is so patient and reassuring, which is what I need!! The whole staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend 100%
