I recently visited this dental practice and had a great experience with Soumya and Priyanka. They were both welcoming, greeted me with big smiles, and took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. Their friendly approach and expertise made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my appointment. The only downside was an interaction with one of the receptionists over the phone. Despite giving more than 24 hours’ notice, the communication was not handled as professionally as I would have expected. Overall, the excellent care and customer service provided by Soumya and Priyanka more than made up for this. They are a real asset to the practice, and I would happily recommend them.

I visited the practice today for my first appointment after registering as a new patient, and I had a really positive experience. Simrandeep was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The reception team were also very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Shahad, the hygienist. Shahad was compassionate and gentle, and I felt listened to. Shahad went the extra mile by offering to polish off some years-old brace glue on my front teeth. She gave me personalised, useful advice about this and my general tooth and gum care. I really felt looked after throughout the appointment. Thank you Shahad!

Went in for a hygiene with Archana and she was spot on. Friendly, reassuring, and clearly knows her stuff. Felt totally comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!! Very sad to hear she’s leaving – such a shame. Wishing her all the best for the future, she’ll be missed!

Me and my 3 year old went there it's his first check up with any dentist and they were brilliant with him would definitely recommend. Everyone is very friendly receptionists were very helpful as well

I had a great experience with Surya and Aslam. Both therapists are highly skilled, professional, and very attentive to patient needs. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend them.

I went to dale road today and explained my fears and trouble with teeth and dental therapist and assistant were so patient and fabulous. I really appreciated their care and time and reassurance. surya & the reception team especially Asma are so happy & helpful.
