Damira Anglesea Dental Practice

The receptionist was very helpful as I went emergency I had bad a tooth problem 😫 I was in pain my gums and my left side was swollen! The dentist looks at my teeth and then sent me down to the reception she said I will not do any more Until you pay up the money! I had blood pouring out of mouth. I said could you please do my tooth and I will pay as will leave. She said ithas to be paid first. I went to pay! As I came back. The dentist had another patient in with her. I was told to wait 10or15mins until she was free. So went in and was given something to cover the tooth until it stopped Bleeding. And the dentist told me to go home. She will Refer me to the Hospital. Which I am still waiting for the call. Since couple of weeks ago. I haven't had good time with the Dentist. Not very nice 😕 but I understand that every one different Not Dentist are Bad..

Visited today after part of an old filling came away, and Josh was outstanding from beginning to end. He carefully removed the remaining portion, restored the area, and rebuilt the tooth… it looks absolutely flawless, like new. I was quite anxious beforehand, but his calm approach and exceptional professionalism immediately put me at ease. I truly couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Couldn’t ask for a better dentist. With new technology to make false teeth is amazing. With dentist Joshua tung , who was my dentist throughout the procedure, made the perfect teeth. No rush time spent which gave me more confidence in his work. Finished product is amazing. Got my smile back and with confidence. Thank you to all staff and receptionist who looked after me throughout the process.

Shockingly bad service. Consistently cancel appointments. Ask for payment in advance for work to be done which is understandable, however don't then go and cancel the appointment and then deny recieving paying when I have a receipt to prove I paid it. Eventually got my money back but was made to feel that I was at fault. Whatever you do, keep your receipts!

I would like to give my experience of recent treatment I was given at Demira Anglesea, which is to say, very good. I was never judged on how I got my teeth into disrepair. Aleksandra sorted out my treatment so well, I can now have so much more confidence in my everyday smile, which being front of house in my job, means so much more to me. My treatment was sometimes painful, but over with very same day. Cant recommend their help anymore than I was given. Thankyou Aleksandra, you made me where I wanted to be. Keep up the excellent work you do.

Due to the surgery relocating from Southampton centre, to Shirley, I now have a much longer journey to get there. Nevertheless, when I arrived the receptionist was friendly and told me it shouldn’t be too long to wait, I was collected about 2 mins after my appointment time. There was a lot of careful checking of my dental records to ensure they had been transferred correctly, as my check up was completed. I had a helpful discussion about possible implants in future and have booked my next appointment. I was happy with the experience, cleanliness of the surgery and care received.

First time visiting after a while of not having a dentist. I'm terrified of the dentist and knew I would need some work done. Dr Joshua Tung was lovely, so patient and kind. Really took his time completing my filling and explaining future work I need. Really happy to have found this dentist & have booked my little boy in too for his first dental appointment.
