I can’t say enough good things about Brighter Smile Dental Practice. Ever since the takeover a few years ago, the care I have received has been excellent. Dr Alavi is such a lovely dentist, kind, calm, and really knowledgeable. I used to be genuinely terrified of going to the dentist, but he takes the time to explain things properly and never makes you feel rushed or judged. It’s made a huge difference to my confidence. The reception team are also great, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really get the sense that everyone there actually cares about their patients. Thank you for making both me and my family feel so comfortable every time we visit, it means a lot.

Exceptional dental care and customer service. I've been going to Brighter Smile for many years and the service is extremely good. The ladies in reception and the dental nurses are always nice to speak with, very helpful, kind and efficient. The dentist is one of the best I've had and the work is top notch, I'm very thankful to have such a good dental practice.

I have been recently treated by Dr Alavi who is patient and kind. The receptionist was also very kind and informative. It was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this practice.

The practice is great and very clean .The staff are thoughtful and caring towards the patients. The downstairs dentist, Dr Alavi is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and an expert in his field. He’s been taking care of me and my family for some months now and we are ever so grateful to him.
