Sandy Lane Dental Practice

Not a patient at this practice but booked an emergency appointment as it's close to where I work. They booked me in for an hour later, the receptionist and dentist were so lovely and it only cost me NHS band 1. You can tell they really go out of their way to provide the best customer service, so they deserve this review!

Had to have multiple appointments and treatments with the wonderful Dr V Rees and nurse Olivia. I was anxious and had concerns but every step of the treatment was kindly and patiently explained with plenty of opportunity to ask any questions throughout. They both made my visits easier and manageable. An absolute credit to your practise, professional, kind, patient and very understanding. Thank you both for helping me to be less fearful at the dentist.

He was very anxious to start but they were kind, gentle, and truly understood how to make him feel safe and comfortable. Been with this practice for 13 years. Always happy with my dental treatment. I was really pleased when I was told a hygienist was joining the team. Julie and Michelle are great, very friendly, puts you at ease, and if your lucky sing to you while poking about in your mouth. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
