Ashurst Dental Practice

I cannot fault, Mrs Sima Kothiwala, I was scared, nervous, kept talking, ect, this lady was so friendly, kept me at ease, the event itself, was so painless and quick I couldn't believe it, thats why I feel she deserves this review, she was amazing, she really was.

I went to Ashurst yesterday as an emergency appointment. I had a very large abscess which had infected my sinuses and I was feeling very unwell. I had had an appointment elsewhere the day before where a dentist had refused me due to swelling. When I saw this dentist, she immediately saw the severity of the abscess and the pain I was in. She acted immediately providing the care I required, provided antibiotics and talked me through what I need to do next. All the staff I spoke with yesterday were lovely and helpful and I couldn't be more grateful. The pain is significantly less and once the antibiotics have properly kicked in, I am sure I will feel much better. Thank you all for your swift actions to help me. I really do appreciate it!

Had my front teeth capped by Ashurst dentist as they were stained. I cried when I saw what they had done. They brought my award winning smile back to life. It’s truly a vacation for your teeth coming here. Reception, nurses, doctors of dentistry here are amazing. Nothing to much trouble. Thank you so much.

Having not attended a dentist since before Covid, I was added to the waiting list here and am.now registered as a patient. My experience with this surgery has been nothing but positive, from the initial consultation, to a deep clean and a filling. The thing that impressed me, was the due care in explaining every single procedure, and ensuring I understood everything I was being told. The team seem very comfortable with each other, and will seek advice if unsure. The receptionist is very helpful too, and will always try and find a suitable appointment. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental surgery.

Nothing but good things to say about the practice. Great team, friendly, professional and great, quality service. last deep clean was the first time in many years I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Brilliant

I've been coming to the practice for the past 10 years. Staff are very calm, practised and skilled. Appointments are always slick, easy, fully informed and restful. All investigations/procedures are fully explained by the dentists, Sima and Mahmud while nursing staff are respectful and discrete. I have noticed how many families are treated and children- especially with difficulties are treated very well.

Myself and all of my family have been patients of Sima and her team for the past 3 years. The whole experience from booking an appointment (so friendly reception) to getting my teeth sorted is absolutely amazing, I've struggled with my teeth for many years and visited numerous dentists, but since I've been going to Ashurst My teeth have never been better.
