I was feeling quite nervous before my appointment, everyone took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident that I fully understood my treatment plan and what to expect. Our son started his orthodontic treatment a couple of years ago and has just finsihed his treatment. From start to finish the staff, orthodontic therapists and nurses have made the process so straight forward. The service received was outstanding! Everyone at Bright are friendly helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Big thanks to Sam and Aoibeann, who were always wonderful, always felt we had kept up to date on the next steps. An extra special thanks to Beth, always greeted us with a smile and such warmth, Beth always goes the extra mile and was always so helpful. Really lovely team from start to finish; receptionist is really welcoming and organised a follow up appointment there and then which was convenient. Really personable clinical team that put my daughter, who has ASC at ease. Have been receiving support now for 12 months and at each visit the support and care has been outstanding
