ABSOLUTELY AVOID, fillings dont stay in and they try to charge you for replacements, no compensation offered for treatment needed for their practice staff getting things wrong
This is the best Dentist we’ve ever been to. Dr Jenny Moore is wonderful as are the reception team. Unfortunately they have decided to turn their back on the NHS and I’m sure I’m not the only patient who cannot afford the prices of private treatment. I understand that this Government are determined to dismantle the NHS but where is compassion in this society where a great many of us can hardly afford to feed our families or heat our homes? I have tried to find an NHS dentist in Shrewsbury but none are accepting new patients.
We are walking after treatment in Smile Dental practice with a big Smile! Me, my husband and the children 6y and 8y been through lots of painful tooth problems before we found the lovely family of brilliant Doctors Dr. Mattew Moore and Dr. Jenny Moore . My husband was terrified to go to dentist before now after building a trust with her professionalism Dr.Jenny Moore manage to fix most of his dental problems and he is now happy to go more often and keeping his teeth healthy. Our daughters absolutely love Dr.Mattew Moore, he is very patient and explain to the parents and child everything. In fact my little one just had her tooth extraction today and she was absolutely fine. I cant think of any better dentist! I am grateful and thankful having them as a family dentists .
Excellent Dental Practice who have and are coping admirably during the Pandemic. All staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease. COVID safe protocols in place. Well done to the Practice Manager and all staff.
