Had 2 extractions and a temporary denture fitted, didn't feel a thing. My best dental experience ever! Thank you Marcus, Evie and the whole team.

After years of wearing a plate I decided to have implants to replace my two upper front teeth. On my consultation the dentist explained that due to the narrowness of the gap they would have to mount the two teeth on one implanted peg. They quoted me a price and gave me a detailed breakdown. As I opted for the work being carried out by students under supervision it was explained that the overall time to complete the work would be extended. From start to finish it took 28/30 weeks. For all that time the staff ,dentists and students were impeccable and I never once was in any discomfort whilst undergoing the surgery and treatment. A little sore after the surgery but nothing that a simple painkiller couldn't ease. After every appointment I paid exactly what the detailed breakdown had shown. I am over the moon with the results and my plate with the false teeth attached has finally been binned. Thank you Oracle for your expertise and guidance for keeping a big cheesy smile. Putting your trust in others to make good your smile is a big deal and a nerve-wracking experience in itself, however I can't tell you how pleased I am that I chose Oracle. The staff were all amazing, they made me feel at ease. Each step of the process was explained and I couldn't be happier with the result. They have given me back the confidence to smile. Had a terrible experience every single time I went to this place. Was butchered and left in lots of pain. Stitches falling out on the drive home, twice. Not interested in any complaints. Had two infections through various issues with unclean place and having pieces of plastic whilst cutting for fitting, all left in my mouth and throat. Had to go to doctors twice because of the pain I was left in and to get antibiotics. Had changed appointments on three occasions and lost time from work I’d booked off. Place is also very dirty. Toilet is disgusting and the door does not lock. I was eventually offered to have a bridge fitted, after two failed implants, but that is what I had initially before I was carved into pieces. Thank God my local dentist has resolved my requirements and at a far cheaper price. I asked for a refund as I was totally disgusted with the treatment from day one but they were not interested, just asked me to pay around another £1,000 on top of the £2,700 I’d already paid and lost. Never again and I would strongly consider any alternative to Dentale after the terrible experience I faced. You get what you pay for!

All staff at Dentale in Shrewsbury, whether Dentists, Dental Nurses or Reception/Admin, are pleasant, empathetic and professional taking the trouble to explain procedures and put you at ease.

I undertook a 4 hour round trip to this practice over 3 weeks ago was charged £100 for the initial consultation and hit with an additional £24 charge for an X-ray on the day. I was promised a follow up call to schedule a visit with a periodontist within 24 hours and an email detailing the cost of the treatment plan from a qualified practitioner - I’m still waiting!!!!!

I was initially concerned when they advised that students may be carry out some of the work under supervision but it was not needed as all the work has been perfect and the majority of work was carried out by a qualified dentist. I received 2 x implants, bone graft and 1 x bridge. No issues during or after the work. My dentist quoted me £5,000 for two implants only and not the additional bridge, this was frankly a rip off. Dentale has saved me over £2,000!
