Ambleside Dental Practice

Such a positive experience at Ambleside, and I would definitely recommend this practice to others. I've been terrified of the dentist for the last 20+ years. The first time I sat in the chair at Ambleside, I cried—well, more like sobbed—because of my anxiety and knowing that my teeth were in bad condition. However, Kristian and the team have been amazing. They've always been incredibly patient, Kristian explains everything clearly, and he's so softly spoken, which really helped put me at ease. After five sessions, I no longer have the dreaded feeling I used to have, and that's all thanks to Kristian and the team. Thank you all so much.

Such wonderful dentists and staff. I am always taken care of and was recently seen the same day when I had a tooth ache. They have also been amazing with my children. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I've been a patient for many years and always received fantastic service. However, my experience on Friday was above and beyond, I felt I needed to share. It's a busy weekend for me, a wedding on Saturday, my daughter graduates on Monday. Guess what? I started to suffer with tooth pain. The team managed to squeeze me immediately and I was seen by Angel (she seriously is an angel in every sense of the word.) Within 45 mins, I'd been x-rayed, reassured, cleaned, polished and treated with the utmost care and compassion. Angel and her team understood how stressed I was and took extra time to sort me out. I cannot thank you all enough, especially Angel and her lovely nurse. I'm pain free and set to enjoy a special weekend. Thank you so much.

After several years with the surgery my husband and I are delighted with all aspects of the practice, i.e. dentist, hygienist and reception. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had a check up and clean with Angel and I found she was very thorough and explained everything well to me. She was very happy and overall lovely. Her nurse was very helpful and lovely too! Thank you!

Myself and my whole family have been with this dentist for years now, we have always had a nice enough experience and the dentist that usually sees to me is lovely. I called them today to make an emergency appointment which I am in extreme need of and according to their systems I haven't been in 2 years and have been automatically de registered from this practice. I had to wait for the manager to come in for an answer and was basically told that it was down to them as to whether I could come in or not. I had to chase up the information myself by calling back numerous times, and was told that they will not re register me due to some last minute cancellations. I have not had a SINGLE piece of correspondence. Not one. No letters, emails or calls of this happening. Surely this is not legal? I was told that I could 'try again' in May when my usual dentist is back from maternity leave. I have just sent an email to you, please respond.

I’ve always been a very nervous patient, even though I work in the dental field. I recently had to attend for an emergency appointment. My dentist Anjana is one of the nicest ladies I’ve met. Very caring and compassionate she ensured I left with a plan in place to try and ease my anxiety with my dental issue. Thank you so much
