Greenfields Dental Surgery

The entire team was very friendly from the receptionist to the dentist and their assistant. The dentist, Nada, explained everything she was doing which helped with my anxiety and my examination with her went as smoothly as possible. They very quickly fixed one of my concerns which stopped me from having to book another separate appointment for it - so they are very transparent with the treatments you need or don’t need. I was given clear recommended next steps and overall found the experience very positive. Update: I’ve been to my second appointment for crown preparation with Nada, and I just wanted to emphasise again how great this dental surgery is. The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. Nada my dentist was very mindful of my sensory differences with sound and gave me time and encouraged me to get my headset out for my comfort. She also checked in frequently and gave me breaks when needed. Deepa, the practice owner was also very kind and reassuring when she popped in a couple of times. Nada’s assistant was also very friendly and overall it was a very positive experience.

We have been with Greenfields for some years now, and I wouldnt want to be with any other practice. They are polite, professional and kind. A fantastic team that should be recognised for what they do, going above and beyond for their patients, thank you

I went to greenfield dentist today . Got seen quickly in a lot of pain. What a team they have tooth came out very easily thanks to deepa . A lovely atmosphere there would highly recommend thanking everybody again

I highly recommend Greenfields Dental Surgery. I have just had a tooth removed and the dental team were very caring and supportive throughout the procedure. All the staff that I have come into contact with at the Surgery are really friendly and professional and I thank them very much for doing such a brilliant job.

I’m still awaiting my response and support, despite paying twice for a dental clean both top and bottom, that was two separate payments according to them. Awaiting at the time 6 teeth out and holding a disability, never responded for an update. I pay my NHS stamp and additional charges they requested. I now have more broken teeth. My money was good at the time. Does it pay to be a key worker and front line at the time? Whilst avoid a response if I was still on their books which I was ignored. I’m awaiting a response.

I had a new crown fitted, everyone at the practice was so friendly, got me in within a couple of weeks, had the necessary ground work done, and within 2 weeks , had the new one put in , really happy with it
