Rang Friday afternoon. Lovely lady on phone. Made an appointment and held it for 15mins so I could find someone to take me. Attended appointment, receptionist, dentist and dental nurse very pleasant and helpful.

Had to have an emergency appointment and needed an extraction doing there and then. An excellent service and both dentist and dental nurse were extremely professional, reassuring and skilled. Can't thank them enough for getting me seen and sorted so promptly

2 visits filling the first time 2nd visit xray shows an absess tooth is removed antibiotics request was turned down by the dentist i have spent 7 days in a massive amount of pain no help from A&E got to see a different dentist somewhere else . I now have antibiotics a dry socket thats caused by the leaking absess . My bottom lip is still numb because the local anaesthetic has has got in the nerve . Very poor dental care will never got here again.

Popped in this morning (22/09/24) for an emergency extraction. I am an extremely nervous patient with history of panic attacks at dentists. All the girls this morning were amazing! I was exhausted from losing sleep and not being able to eat properly for over 24 hours, this heightened my anxiety, but the dentist and nurse placed hands on shoulders for comfort, reminded me to breath when I stopped, slow down when my breathing got fast! The dentist was also brilliant with the extraction! One of the quickest extractions I've experienced with patience and understanding if I moved, or mouth closed a little! The end of the treatment I was a little shaken, pins and needles, dizziness (all the adrenaline and anxiety) I was given a glucose shot and allowed to sit until I felt ready to leave!

Called up at 9am, got an appointment at 10am. Receptionist was very polite and full of helpful information. Very sympathetic to my problem. Emma the nurse was wonderful, she helped put me at ease and reassured me all the time. Veronica the dentist was to the point and clear about what was needed. She removed my tooth with ease and the visit was over very quickly. I was in and out in 20 minutes so very pleased with the whole experience.

Great service. Had two molars taken out here on separate occasions. Called in morning and seen same day. All staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Went in with excruciating pain, came out feeling better than ever. Veronica the dentist did excellent removing my tooth today, painless extraction. Many thanks to her and assistant (Sorry didn't get your name). Keep up the good work and thank you all very much!

Brilliant experience here. Rang up at 8:00 and was on hold for about 50 minutes but then got allocated an emergency appointment at 11:30. The receptionist was so welcoming and the dentists I had were so patient and calm. They made me feel at ease having my wisdom tooth out. Thank you! Xx
