​An absolutely amazing 5-star dentist! Dr.Maimoona Khan recently saw myself and my two children, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. ​She did a routine checkup for my daughters and was so kind with them. During the exam, she noticed a growth in one of my children's mouths. She was incredibly supportive and acted fast, efficiently referring us to St Thomas’ Hospital, where she is now having it removed. Her attentiveness truly gave us peace of mind. ​I also had to get a filling, and despite being very nervous about the procedure, she made me feel calm, relaxed, and safe the entire time. Thank you so much for looking after our family so brilliantly!

Really happy with my local dental surgery. Everyone there is friendly and professional. The dentists take their time, explain things in a way that makes sense, which is definitely appreciated! The place is clean and appointments run pretty smoothly. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, down‑to‑earth dentist in the area.

I attended with my 5 year old who required a dental extraction with inhalation sedation. Best service we could have wished for. For a little girl who would only sit on my lap and refuse to open her mouth, she was welcomed so warmly she hopped in the chair and it went perfectly. The dentist and nurses really gained her trust and put her at ease and I was able to sit next to her the whole time. They used very gentle language and stayed upbeat. Even I was fooled when they said they were cleaning some residual sandwich from her gum and suddenly the tooth was out! She didn't cry once and only seemed bothered by the bit of blood during recovery... which suggests she doesn't remember anything from the procedure, despite being responsive throughout. The clinic itself was clean, light and spacious. I would recommend to anyone with young children who require a difficult procedure. Thank you so much!

I cannot fault this practice, the reception staff are polite & helpful every time! Our dentist Kat is amazing, I am a nervous patient and I feel so at ease with her, I will never see another dentist. I have been taking my daughter as she was nervous of the chair but Kat is as amazing with her as she is with me. Nothing is ever to much trouble and does everything she can to make your visit comfortable. Thank you Kat!

I had two fillings done by Dr Ibtisam and honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I received. She was incredibly kind, gentle and reassuring throughout, making me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Her professionalism and genuine care for her patients really stood out. Thank you also to Harley and Aliza for being so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr Ibtisam and the whole team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ibtisam Awow is the legend of all of them respectfully 🫡🫡! She knows what she’s doing and whatever she does, she’s does it patiently and in a cheerful manner. I had an appointment with a lady wearing glasses and when it got to a point when I was asking her a lot of Qs, I can tell she was sick and tired by her face expressions 🤔🤔 If that was Ibtisam she’s would’ve dealt with it patiently!!!! Give her a payrise or a well deserved discount that she deserves 🔥👌🏾 Oh another thing….. The receptionists take a bit too long when a customer is waiting I’ve observed, they can at least hold the user on the phone for a few secs and assist whoever is waiting at the desk.

The wait to be seen was very long. Had an 11.50 appointment was told to arrive 20mins before hand. Wasnt called until just before 1pm. No one apologised or acknowledged the delay especially considering the patient is a 9 year old who was very nervous anyway and then had to wait so long to be seen. That said, when we were eventually seen the dentist was lovely, very welcoming explained everything well to reassure my son so I was grateful for that.
