I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chadwell Heath Dental and Sedation Clinic last month, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming receptionists who made me feel right at home. Their friendliness and professionalism set a positive tone for my visit. I must especially commend Saphana , who attended to me during my consultation. Her calming demeanour and reassuring approach truly put me at ease, alleviating any anxiety I had about the dental procedures. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently, which made a significant difference in my comfort level. Overall, my experience at Chadwell Heath Dental and Sedation Clinic was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care in a supportive and friendly environment.

Have been seeing my Hygienist Janet for years. Lovely manner, professional and very knowledgeable in her field. Money well spent. The reception ladies are lovely, firm and no nonsense. My dentist and Assistant are wonderful. Thank you for your service to the community ♥️

What an incredible dental experience for my son, who has a severe phobia of the dentist. Every single staff member was kind, considerate, sensitive and gentle. The team who treated my son were some of the nicest people I've ever met working within the health sector. My son was treated with the utmost care and respect - I know this positive experience will play a huge part in lessening his anxiety in the future. I had an appointment with Shirley, the hygienist on Monday and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a very nervous patient especially when it comes to having my teeth cleaned, I often feel uncomfortable because my teeth are very sensitive. Shirley immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient and gentle throughout the appointment, taking the time to explain every step before she did anything. She sprayed a numbing spray on my teeth before starting. She carried out a very thorough clean and constantly checked that I was comfortable. She also took the time to show me how to use tipee brushes correctly and gave me helpful advice on maintaining my oral health and keeping my teeth looking their best. The results were fantastic and my teeth felt so clean afterwards. Thank you, Shirley, for making what is usually a stressful experience such a positive one!

I had my first appointment after waiting a few months on a waiting list. I got a call and they had a booking for 9:10 very next day which I managed to work around for. I don’t know how but my alarm didn’t go off and I ran 20mins late to my appointment and was told they have a 10 minute policy and that they would no longer be able to see me at all. Only other way I can get an appointment is on a private basis and I can’t use there service. I completely get I shouldn’t have been late for my appointment but being 20mins late meaning I am completely denied any service is a bit harsh. As this was my first appointment it would have been nice to know this was the policy when I was originally booked in.

We had such a lovely experience with Dr. Andreea—twice now—and both visits were excellent. She was kind, patient, and made my son feel completely at ease while treating his teeth. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend her! 💫

Hi I found this a pleasant experiance the staff were friendly and greeted me nicely. My appointment was on time. I'm a very nervous patient and the dentist and nurse took great care of me. My dentist is such a lovely lady and makes me feel relaxed.
