I've had a great experience with my braces treatment and was really pleased to complete it this Monday. The appointments have always been smooth and well organised, and everyone has been friendly and professional throughout. Sarah has been especially lovely – she's always welcoming, chatty, and helps make appointments feel relaxed and comfortable. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and I'd happily recommend the practice.

I recently visited this orthodontist with my daughter, and overall the service was very good. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment itself was handled well. However, I was a bit disappointed with the variety of brace colours available. There weren’t many options to choose from, which left my daughter feeling upset as she was hoping for more choice to personalise her braces. While the quality of care is great, I do think improving the selection of colours would make a big difference, especially for younger patients.
