Chadwell Dental Care

I attended on 3rd june due to a severelt cracked tooth, Had a 2nd appointment booked for 19th June to sort the tooth that had been cracked and to get a potential crown fitted on 13th July. I rang on 17th June as I was unable to attend 13th July appointment due to a clash with my work abroad and would need to re arrange (which I made reception aware of on 3rd june this may be the case). I then received a text on 18th June stating both my appointments had been cancelled the day before my 2nd appointment. Was informed Id have a call straight back yet I received nothing all day. So instead of arranging an appointment within 2 weeks of eachother with myself as you would normally do, I instead had both appointments cancelled by the dentist and was not given any new dates from the staff to reschedule the work on my tooth. Very annoying as I had waited 3 weeks with a cracked tooth for this first appointment to then just be left with no appointment or alternatives. Been coming here since a kid but will not be attending any longer, such a poor service! 2 dentists only work 3 of the days out of 5.. so how youre meant to get an appointment i will never know! Seem to have a dont care attitude and not bothered either way! The owner thinks this is funny by posting his response with a laughing face... well see whos laughing at the end of the week.

Chadwell Dental Care is the best dental surgery in the world. They truly saved my teeth, and I always feel so comfortable during my regular check-ups. The staff are kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Saleema is absolutely amazing — she is highly qualified, gentle, and very reassuring. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Highly recommended!

This is my dental care dentist for my entire family. From my brothers to my sisters to myself to their kids and my children. The manager or the owner is a very nice guy. He is caring and he takes his time talking to you. The reception team are very friendly and very efficient. Although many times the appointments Are never met and go over by 10 or 20 minutes typically you get seen and the service is very good. I would recommend this dentist. Because they give you advice when you need it most. There is a bus stop outside the dentist and the bus passing is number 62 number 86 number 173 number 362 and n86 go outside. Although it is case. Typically I get parking outside the dentist which is for free for 30 minutes. Or you can pay 1 pound for one hour. Just to give you an insight of the outside of the dentist I have attached some pictures.

Chadwell Dental Care has been my family's dentist for the past 10 years. Their passion and brilliant service is always shown with their care. The staff, dentist and receptionist have always been professional and also very understanding with our needs. Excellent service and the best dental practice I have been to. I was booked for dental cleaning getting there the staff called me in and I was asked to seat on the working deck, she told me that she’s examine my tooth while in she’s in the process. In my mind I just thought is the normal procedure that after she done then she will then do the cleaning, to my surprise when she finished she told me to go to the reception without the cleaning I booked for, then I told her that I suppose you are to do tooth cleaning which is what I booked for, she then replied that not today I was a bit unhappy because am to travel next day and I want it done before my travelling, anyway getting to the reception I was asked to pay sum of 28.50 which I decline with the reason of not seeking my consent before hand. after lot of explanation the lady realise at accept. Another appointment was booked. Getting to the appointment a lady attended to me, I was about 15mint late and she implied that they will not attend to me because I was waste of time that last time I came I did not pay with lots of insult throwing at me not stop until I finally respond. Then I requested for another appointment and she refused to book it saying ‘ am not booking you any appointment because you are a waste of time. I attitude was very unprofessional and rude.

Dr Ullah has been my dentist for my entire life (I'm 20) and he's brilliant. He explains everything clearly, really cares about his patients and makes you feel super relaxed. Every other member of staff I've encountered here has also been very friendly and helpful.

I really appreciate the way this dental surgery is run, the reception team manage appts very well, they texted me twice to notify me of a cancelled appointment, then called me to make sure I knew about the cancellation, before proactively inviting me to book a new appointment. Dr Ullah is always friendly and reassuring, so the whole team makes sure this nervous patient copes as well as possible with maintaining good dental health. Thank you
