New Road Dental Practice

I regularly go to the dentist and having been with my previous dentist for a couple of decades, I found myself needing to look for a new one, when they retired. I tried a few and to be honest with you, I wasn't very happy with the service that I received. I was then recommended to New Road Dental Practice and I immediately felt confident and happy with their treatment. I have had many check ups, cleaning, a couple of replacement fillings and my teeth whitened; my dentist always puts me at ease. She is friendly, gentle, caring and is genuinely interested in helping me to maintain good oral health. The treatments are fairly priced and if I don't need to have a clean, my dentist will say. I highly recommend this dental practice to all my friends and family.

Have been using this dental practice for few years, it's recently had the reception area updated and is very fresh and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional. I have Madeline and she's very caring and gentle which makes it easier to attend my appointments 🙂 Prices are very reasonable - I've had 2 composite bondings recently which have brightened up my front teeth - really impressed with the outcome and price.

My appointment was for a regular check up, clean and xrays. The waiting area has been renovated and is much better than the previous layout. My appointment was right on time, the check up and clean were completed, Dr Dsouza did regular checks as to my comfort while this was being done. The Xrays were taken and Dr Dsouza went through them with me, which was new to me and I found this and the advice given extremely useful. Overall excellent service.

I've been with the practice for many years and was a bit nervous when Helen retired but Renita has been brilliant. She's very thorough and kind, being aware some treatments can make you feel a bit nervous and goes at your pace, and offers advice without being pushy or preachy. The revamp of the practice waiting area and reception makes a much more welcoming environment. Overall I'm very happy to continue to be a client.

Dr Madeline Brag has been our family dentist for many years. We have appreciated her calm sensitivity to our own and foster children. We have often had issues with children being frightened but Madeline has really been brilliant with their fears . I cannot say how wonderful she has been throughout the years . We are all so pleased that our teeth are looking good ! We have had amazing service from all the staff . Thank you

A really great service from start to finish. I called not being a patient of the practise and they gave a same day appointment. The dentist was thorough in her checks and explanations and the work done of a high quality and efficient. I can’t recommend enough the practise..

This has been my only ever dental practice and I wouldn’t look for another dentist. When Dr L retired I was devastated, unsure if I needed to look elsewhere. Thankfully the team have built my confidence in them and I am no longer concerned. The staff have a calming composure and will put you at ease with their wealth of knowledge and expertise.
