The most fantastic, friendly, supportive dentist i have ever been to. My dentist Sophia is kind and patient and always takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and happy. The nurses are a ray of sunshine who always make you feel that you are insafe hands. From the minuite you walk in to the friendly receptionist who is always polite and accommodating and has a warm friendly smile to greet you. I would highly recomend this dentist to anyone who if like me are a nervous patient at the dentist, as they all make me feel valued and safe in their care. 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆

For many years I have had a extreme fear of Dentists which has impacted my oral health. Rochester Dental was recommended to me when avoiding dental health was no longer an option. From first point of contact with the reception team, right through to my initial appointment, I found the service to be extremely helpful and professional. I was given an appointment within a reasonable timeframe and really felt listened too. When arriving for my appointment I had been allocated to the dentist called Herral who immediately put me at ease, allowing me time to process what was being said and the course of treatment I would be receiving. This really helped to reduce my anxiety levels and the real fear that had been building deep in my tummy. I have now been using The Rochester Dental Centre for two years, and although my fear is still very much present, every visit becomes easier and easier. Big thank you to all the team.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, such a kind atmosphere when you walk in. The dentist’s work is always flawless and long lasting, can’t fault them. Would recommend to anyone.

I came here for my daughter's check up. The receptionist was not pleasant at all. I actually felt like crying because I was so angry from the disrespect and lack of unkindness the receptionist delivered. Such a shame as my experience with the dentist was good. Honestly I don't normally do reviews, but I'm sorry that receptionist is not right for this business. No customer service ethics at all. I am looking for an alternative provider. Very disappointed.

Hadn,t been to a dentist for years never had a toothache ,over the weekend my gum was swollen and I was in agony ,pharmacist advised me to contact a dentist for antibiotics ,I called this morning and got appointment this afternoon ,receptionist was lovely as were the dentist himself and the nurse ,I had an abcess under a tooth so have antibiotics to clear the infection and reduce swelling ,very impressed

I used to be frightened of going to the dentist from childhood , but now im 72yrs old and really feel happy seeing our dentist , she is kind and puts me and my husband at ease . The receptionist are very pleasant to us . Thank you
