Had lost two fillings and needed urgent treatment as was going on holiday in a few days. Tina the receptionist was helpful and managed to fit an appointment in on the following day. The dentist and assistant were very gentle and replaced my fillings. Thanks for all your care and help.Robert Hill.

I am new to the Kent area and as a result of Covid-19, I have been unable to register with a dentist as none are accepting new patients. Last night I broke my tooth and was in considerable pain. I called almost every dentist in the area and they all turned me away. I called this dentist and spoke to Tina on reception. Even though they are not accepting new patients, Tina could hear how much pain I was in and went above and beyond to secure an appointment for me this week to help. I am really grateful. Great customer service! As an update- I had my treatment and was seen by Sophia. Shes a fantastic dentist, really cared about me and did as much as she could to help me. She knew her stuff, understood my allergies immediately and was very gentle and kind to me. Tina was also equally as lovely and i will be using this dentist from now on.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional dentist in my life. From taking the wrong teeth out to refusing to fill a tooth even though the appointment was for a new filling just so they can get more money out of me. The receptionist is nothing but rude and shouldn't be in the job. Very very poor

This used to be a wonderful dentist however, their receptionist is extremely rude and put the phone down on us when she was called out for being rude after saying 'oh my god' when we wanted to book an appointment for our child, (after asking for a different appointment for ourselves and being told because we hadn't used the dentist for 2 years we couldn't get an appointment, which is rubbish only a few months ago we'd been) when she was told she was being rude and we'd like to speak to a manager she said that we were rude and put the phone down, honestly what kind of customer service is that!! Not impressed! I must say I gave this review a couple of months ago and they have contacted us since and couldn't be more helpful. Hopefully it's going to continue this way. I've given it another star for now.

Terrible customer service and communication skills. My appointment was cancelled by phone just 1 hour before my appointment where I had booked the day off work. I rebooked, and turned up for my appointment only to be informed that it had been cancelled again!! There is no explanation as to why I wasn't informed about the cancellation. This time apparently the appointment was cancelled because I had left the manager feedback about the rude receptionist who was shouting at me about payments and rudely hung up the phone on another patient in front of me. The surgery is very unprofessional, there is a new receptionist every other week. The manager is never available, I have tried to speak to the practice manager several times and they are never available! I have been trying to get a filling for almost 3 months. What a complete waste of time, I would definately avoid this place!

After being a patient for 20 years since I was a child! I was appalled at the treatment I received today, obviously haven’t visited in 2 years due to the pandemic and being a front line worker haven’t had time! Started getting tooth pain this week due to a wisdom tooth, called for an appointment to be told: your not a patient here anymore as you haven't visited in 2 years!!! Absolute joke!! After 20 years of being my dentist!!

Horrendous absolutely awful experience.. An receptionist is curt and off hand... Really does not want to help you. Treated like a pain in the backside.. Got treatment wrong and found it all v upsetting. So much so due to negative attitude and negligence in treatment. I'm now having to have hospital treatment from the dentist. Maxilo facial. Waited 5mths to put my dentistry right. Asn not out of woods yet.. No wonder they have low rated review number. Must be friends rating them
