Oradent Dental Care - City Way

Been a patient here for a few years. Always a good experience when I take my 3 kids or for myself. Dr Eoin puts them at ease, is friendly and informative. They love getting a sticker each time they visit. Only issue I have is with the admin side - incorrect appointment reminders, receiving my husbands emails or recently another patient's appointment on more than one occasion. Receptionists are otherwise friendly and no problems with the dental care itself.

Just joined this practice a few months ago and so far, so good. For the first time ever I actually feel listened to by a dentist. All of my concerns are being investigated thoroughly and I feel like I have autonomy over the decisions that are being made regarding my oral health as every avenue is being investigated from check ups to finding the root cause of any identified issues I may be experiencing. Highly recommend this practice for any nervous patients.

Myself & my children saw Victoria along with her dental assistant today who were both so professional and made us all feel at ease. Having recently switched from another dental practice where I had some issues, we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. For the first time, I felt listened to. My 3 year old came out of there smiling and was very happy to get a sticker for being so good! Thank you to you both 😊

My 15 yo daughter came for extractions. The lady dentist we saw was absolutely lovely. My daughter has autism and although I did not state this, I could see the dentist noted this and treated her with kindness and patience. She praised her and made her feel empowered when making her own decisions regarding her treatment. My daughter clearly felt reassured and trusting in her care as she allowed her to carry out all the treatment needed. We will recommend the surgery to everyone, thank you to all staff for their care and professionalism, it did not go unnoticed. X

I am a very nervous person when it comes to dentists and it had been over 20 years since I last went to one. Dr Eoin made me feel so relaxed and put me at ease the whole way through. Im still petrified of dentists but oradent have allowed me to make baby steps to coming back. Thank you

The friendly and joyful lady dentists at this practice always make an appointment a pleasant experience (which isn't always the case with a trip to the dentists!) They are very thorough and caring with your dental health and readily share a smile and a laugh with you. I leave feeling happy so thats a good recommendation I'd say!

The dentist we visit, Ms Solonaru is always so warm and welcoming. She explains everything and answers questions clearly. We never feel rushed, we are made to feel like valued customers! Her assistant is very friendly and pleasant too! Many thanks 😊
