Watling Street Road Dentist and Implant Clinic

Belinda & Luke were lovely on the front desk. Very hot day but they were very welcoming, friendly & efficient. The practice was busy but seen within a reasonable time of my appointment. Dental nurse Chelsey was lovely & the Dentist Hibba was brilliant.

Obviously going to the dentist is not a fun activity. However Justine and Saberra are brilliant. Instantly trying to put you at ease, just amazing. Walking through the door, youre always met with a hello and smile. Everyone makes a trip to the dentist just that much easier! 😁

I would like to say a huge thank you to Luke at the practice who truly went above and beyond to help me today. He was incredibly kind and understanding. He took the time to get me the help that I needed which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service like this makes such a difference, and he is a real credit to the practice. Thank you again for all your help and compassion.

Bad service. One guy on the receptionist desk was lovely, very smiley. Other than that, not a smile from anyone working there, really passive aggressive, dentists were so unprofessional, made me feel so awkward and uncomfortable the whole time, I don’t usually leave reviews but if u are nervous about going to the dentist I don’t think you should come here, wasn’t a great experience for me at all.

I had a root canal done here today, I’m not good with dentists but my experience today has changed that, my treatment took over an hour and I felt in good hands through out, they done an amazing job, from reception to the dentist and her assistant. These are the best trust me.

My previous experiences with dentists have been less than constructive but todays visit with Justine was totally different, her manner was very reassuring and she treated me quickly and efficiently, reception staff were great too.

Agata was so lovely and understanding about my anxiety of having the filling done and she was so reassuring. She talked me through the process and got the treatment done quickly and painlessly for me. When I had to book for my next appointment Berlinda on the desk was really lovely and got me a date and time that suited me best.
