I had a fantastic experience with Perfect Align Orthodontics from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming at every appointment, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Everything was explained clearly throughout my treatment, and I always felt confident that I was in great hands. The results have honestly exceeded my expectations, and I’m much more confident with my smile now. The attention to detail and level of care provided throughout the treatment was outstanding. I would highly recommend Perfect Align to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Ruined my smile 🙁 I had treatment here on the nhs and I had twin block braces to correct my overbite as well as normal braces. The twin block braces didn’t work and have left me with constant pain in my jaw. They didn’t seem to really assess my jaw properly or give me any options. They just tried to fix it with the braces. Realistically I should have been referred to a specialist and I am currently on a waiting list to see a jaw specialist because the pain is so bad. As part of the twin block braces they tried to widen my palette but that also wasn’t done to a good level. I still have to use kids things for x rays at the dentist because my palette is so small. The normal braces were better but they left wires poking into the back of my mouth constantly and the orthodontist (dr Simha) barely ever spoke to me. I had no clue what was going on or any idea about the progress of my treatment and his bedside manner wasn’t good. I have really bad anxiety and he was made aware but he didn’t make any effort to make me feel comfy. I cried every appointment. In the end I was left with horrific flaring on my teeth and my overbite returned. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional to me. I haven’t smiled since. I’m too old now to get anymore orthodontics on the nhs so I don’t know what I will do. The standard of care here was just not good at all.

They were incredibly professional, patient, and caring while working on my kids’ braces. From the very beginning, they took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, which really helped put both my children and me at ease. Dr. Sarah has a wonderful way of connecting with young patients — calm, kind, and highly skilled. Sejufte and Lauren were just as impressive: always welcoming, gentle, and very reassuring throughout every visit. The whole team created a relaxed, positive atmosphere that made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and comfortable.

Just took my teenage daughter to be assessed Dr Simba looked at her teeth and said she has perfect teeth. Not sure what he was looking at and at the same time was quoting private prices rip off merchant. She has an overbite teeth overlap back teeth not aligned honestly absolutely disgraceful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Perfectalign. Our experience has been faultless. The team have been extremely professional and accommodating. My daughter’s teeth look amazing!

We've just started treatment for my teenage daughter. I've had nothing but fantastic service from start to finish. We had an issue with her twin blocks and it was discussed and a new solution provided. Sarah popped her bottom brace in and was so in line with her anxiety of them being fitted. I would highly recommend this orthodontist and his very attentive staff.
