I had a broken tooth today and no dentist . The practice had an appointment free and I was seen soon after . All the team were kind and friendly. The dentist Vanisha Patel was brilliant explained everything clearly and was easy to talk to as well as delivering excellent care . Feel an unexpected visit led to finding a new dental practice I feel comfortable attending . Thank you

Used to go here for year. Had to stop going due to the pricing. If you check their website it seems they to cater to the rich now instead of staying affordable (finance plans shouldn't exist for simple dental care) I used to pay them monthly for two dentist and two hygiene check ups a year. (Just your bog standard) And on my last appointment I only saw the dentist, and it was over in 5 minutes. Why should I spend over £60 for a 5 minute check up? I felt ripped-off. Dental care shouldn't be that expensive.

Arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 25 minutes before the dentist even arrived. There was no apology or explanation for the delay from the dentist, which felt very disrespectful of my time. I understand that things can run behind, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional, and I won’t be returning.

Dr Abbas has been amazing, I came to Acer dental for my smile white aligners and from start to finish they’ve been so helpful and professional along the way. I had never been to them before but now they are my normal day to day dentist I highly reccomend

My dad has been wanting dentures for a long time but was always nervous about getting any dental work done. We were fortunate to have a consultation with Dr. Lucas, he took the time to walk us through every step of the process making sure we understood what to expect and made my dad feel comfortable throughout. He has great attention to detail and made sure the dentures fit perfectly. We’re both really happy with the care he has received. All the staff are lovely and very welcoming.
