T2 Dental Clinic Plymouth

Excellent service from start to finish. I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. The dentist and Dental Nurses were very reassuring, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease, I was very happy with the extensive work that was carried out. The whole team was friendly and professional – highly recommended!

This must be one of the best in the area. I could not ask for better dental and hygiene care. The dentist has looked after my teeth for many years. The implants have prolonged my enjoyment of food for many years and every year I went to Madeira I thanked him (in my mind) every time I had beef on a hot stone. (One of my favourite dishes) I only wished I had him as my dentist years earlier. I only hope that he remains in practice for many years to come.

Hygienist today, lovely lady very helpful if only I was 30 years younger

The staff and the Hygenist are lovely, which is a shame because the actual dentist himself is absolutely vile. He is incredibly rude, constantly pushing you to spend. At my last sitting he complained to me that he had sore fingers because he'd "had" to hit his dog the day before, which was the last straw for me. Unfortunately I cannot even reccomend his skills because the last filling he put in doesn't feel right. It's still extremely sensitive to temperature after 3 weeks.

I took my 4 year old son and he was seen by Dr Jones. He was very kind with my child and he makes it easy to understand what is expected at his age. I had my check up and was impressed to see pictures of the findings and was given detailed information on the treatments to be carried out. The dental nurses are very attentive and dedicated. And their receptionist goes above and beyond what is expected. I would definitely recommend the clinic and their services.

Dr Jones (practice owner and dentist) is extremely rude! Very unprofessional as are his receptionists. Had to have a root canal done in two separate visits. When arranging the 2nd tried to charge me the full amount even though half and MORE had been paid. Failed to advise me they still had money of mine in credit which took repeated requests to have it returned to me. Now left with a half finished root canal.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This dentist has made my daughter sob in tears. I was spoken to by the dentist who was aggressive and unprofessional. Didn’t introduce himself just verbally attacked me because we had got a second opinion. The dentist refused to refer my 13 year old daughter for braces. We went privately to an orthodontist.The orthodontist was shocked she hadn’t been referred sooner. All the dentist needed to do was to remove four teeth. I walked in with my daughter and the dentist didn’t even say hello or who he was he just aggressively told us it was not fair on him that we had gone to an orthodontist and he needed to take four teeth out. As a grown person I am not sure how it is unfair on a dentist to remove teeth when I am sure it is their job?! He then was aggressively talking to my husband that he would refuse to carry out the teeth removal so that my daughter could not have the brace fitted. I have formally complained to the surgery, CQC, the NHS and the dental council. We have removed our whole family from themselves and will never return.
