Central Park Dental Practice LTD

I've been a loyal patient at this practice for 20 years. Always attended my appointments and paid my NHS fees on time. My main dentist there was Anita and she always looked after me. She then retired not too long ago, and then this last week I received a letter out of the blue saying they won't offer me NHS patient services anymore, even though I've done absolutely nothing wrong. Obviously so they can make more money out of us who can't afford it by charging extortionate fees. I'm 60 years old and can't afford to go private. I've a right to NHS treatment, just like everyone else. I've worked all my life and paid my taxes etc. I'm absolutely appalled by their actions with no warnings whatsoever. If that's how they treat their loyal customers, they can shove it. Just money grabbing off people who can't afford it and will now have to suffer because of their blatent greed. Patient care and consideration has gone.. It's all about lining their pockets at the expense of people who are struggling. Stay well clear.

New Denist/Owner (1 appointment had only) He was very nice/understanding however i now feel this was all show as was asked to leave a lovely review on way out, now it all makes sense.... as the much needed NHS service has been removed for many people and unfortunately this will cause much upset/distress/fear/anxiety and much more stress financially plus mentally to a huge amount of individuals. This practice has made the choice to go private. Pure greed knew it was coming due to all upgrades in building and change to most staff Been with practice for over 15 years and yes they have been great generally but the new owners choice to privatise is absolutely devastating yet another needed service taken away from the people.

The practice is instantly warm, welcoming and every effort has been made to put you at your ease. The decor throughout the practice is clean and fresh. All staff are friendly, approachable and supportive, the reception staff in particular are professional and caring.

DISGUSTING - DO NOT USE! They will accept you as a patient and then just drop you whenever without warning. The standards are vile, whatever you do, go elsewhere. I've been a member for many years and have seen the place inside and out - You would be horrified! The way they treat their customers is awful and the cost for the proceedures is EXCESSIVE! Find somewhere else!!

The new dentist was brilliant - very welcoming, described my dental health in detail offering great advice and tips. Very thorough but also fast and efficient too. The receptionist was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend 🙂
