I am usually terrified of the dentist so avoid going. Due to a chipped tooth I had to make an appointment and after lots of research Lenore came highly recommended and I can see why. I had to have several amalgam and some composite fillings removed and replaced and the whole procedure could have been terrifying but Lenore and her team made me feel relaxed from the initial visit right through to the work being finished. It took 2 appointments to sort my fillings, plus a visit to Emily the hygienist who did an amazing job. The technology they use is amazing and the communication throughout has been brilliant. I was shown the X-rays and all work needed was explained to me and I was given a detailed care plan which itemised everything I needed. Even after such deep fillings being removed I haven’t had any pain or discomfort except for a slightly high bite which was sorted quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Lenore and her team. All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and welcoming. What a lovely team and I am definitely at ease going to the dentist now and will be making sure I get my regular check ups here. Really positive experience overall. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly which helped put me at ease. The practice was clean and well organised, and appointments ran smoothly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a slightly longer wait than expected, but I’d definitely recommend them and would happily return.

Mannamead Cosmetic Dental Centre is an excellent highly professional but friendly and caring dental surgery. Dr Lenore Bronkhorst is a gentle and reassuring highly skilled dental surgeon. The surgery is beautifully decorated and well equipped with a calming atmosphere. I greatly appreciate the excellent dental care I have had here for the past 20years and can highly recommended this practice and all its staff.

What can I say! I have been attending this practice for over 14 years. I initially required a dental implant which my dentist at that time couldn’t do. So my hairdresser recommended Lenore and I haven’t looked back since! Throughout this time I have always been treated by Lenore and her amazing team with the utmost respect. Lenore’s professionalism is outstanding in all aspects of dental care. I have had numerous procedures over the years and I even plucked up courage to have my teeth straightened when I was 62, something I wish I had done many years ago. I recently had all my mercury fillings removed, Invisalign treatment, three implants, and some crowns done. Everything was carried out to a very high standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and it was all pain-free. My young daughter now comes here too, and the team are wonderful with her — they always keep her calm and relaxed during her visits. Dr Bronkhurst and team are second to none. They are kind, caring, very professional and ideally suited for any who may be nervous of dentists! The surgery is a very modern and very relaxing atmosphere. Having had several procedures, the team were able to guide me through various options to find what suited me best, along with what ultimately would be the right long term solution.
