Great dental practice, take really good care of our son’s teeth. Meghan particularly is very good, she has a very natural way with our son who AuDhd and he trusts her.
Disgusting!! Fobbed off multiple times when ringing up about my nephew having an abcess and infection. FINALLY was seen after paying private prices for a child that was ment to be NHS.. told by the dentist that must of gained his qualifications from a back alley surgeon that he had no infection and just needed a filling! Well low and behold nephew has now been admitted into hospital on IV antibiotics awaiting for 4 teeth to be removed and an abcess drained . !! Would advise against going here unless you want to play Russian roulette with the award being possible sepsis . Now left a distress pregnant mother having to leave one young distressed child at home with father whilst looking after the other other young distressed veryvscared child in hospital!! Only useful thing these dentists would be any good for is if they went back to the era of grave robbing the deads teeth .!!

I was very nervous about going to the dentist - I hadn’t been in 4 years (I used to go every 3-6 months before the pandemic). I honestly thought my gums and teeth had gone beyond repair in that time. The dentist who saw me went through my X-rays with me in detail and totally put me at ease. He was fairly sure that the deterioration I had allowed to happen could be contained, and outlined a treatment plan that I was happy with. I came away feeling very positive.

Had a very comfortable visit to Spa Dental Practice today. Within 24 hours my fillings were sorted. I had spoken about getting my fillings done with them over then phone. They then managed to book me in, in the next morning at 8.20am and by 9.15am I was out. With no pain what so ever and a very friendly dentist and his nurse. Overall 10/10 experience with Spa Dental, professional and friendly staff and my problem was sorted in an exceptional time frame. Thanks again! Until next time! Carys
