Hartley Dental Plymouth

Joined Hartley dental last year as an extremely nervous patient. My dentist Dimple Patel who has carried out 3 fillings so far has been absolutely brilliant! She makes me feel at ease, explains everything she is doing and is just brilliant with nervous patients. This is the first time I don’t actually hate going to the dentist. Also all the staff seem lovely and accommodating. So Thankyou!

Everyone in the clinic are very attentive and helpful, the girls at the reception (specially Karen) are extremely professional and friendly, all the staff really. My big thanks goes to Dr Dimple and Dr Dean that are the ones doing my dental treatment. Everything is going perfectly fine and I'm recovering my oral health super fast thanks to them. I recommend 100000%. Great people ❤️

Great Dental Practice! Very friendly and professional staff, helpful receptionists, pleasant modern surroundings. I visit every three months to keep my periodontal disease in check - Dean does an excellent job deep cleaning for me, and gives good advice. I see Simon every six months and he too is very thorough, professional and approachable. Few people actually enjoy visiting their dentist but I do…sort of! Great selection of magazines in reception 😁

I always have a positive experience here. The hygienist, Janie, is always friendly and makes the effort to get to know you. The receptionist Karen is amazing, last time I was there I fainted (8 months pregnant) and Karen insisted on walking me to my car, and this time round Karen ended up looking after my 12wk old baby who was unsettled in her pram during my appointment. I always feel welcome here and never rushed.

First-class Dental Service, where I have attended over 30yrs, initially via Denplan and later via a private insurance scheme run by the practice. I can't fault their professionalism, efficiency, kindness and reliability. I was recently troubled for a couple of months with persistent pain from a cracked wisdom tooth! Simon Poyner, my Dentist reduced the tooth down, out of biting range and filled the tooth and bingo! No further pain. Simon is such a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist whom I trust entirely. Brilliant Dental Practice all together!

An excellent top quality practice with a light, calm and inviting waiting room. Reception staff are very engaging and keen to help. Dental staff are friendly, reassuring and very professional.

All staff superb from Reception through Dental Nurses and on upwards ! And so thorough in terms of Dentistry. Only been with them a few months but haven't felt this confident in a Dental practice for a fair few years . Thanks
