I’ve always enjoyed great treatment here. Just broke a filling and was seen in a couple of days by Dr Fallowfield who dealt with the matter calmly, efficiently and painlessly on the spot. I always feel confident being treated by him. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole environment is comforting. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough especially if you might be anxious about visiting the dentist.

I had a great visit with Jackie today. She was very friendly, gentle, and thorough throughout my cleaning. She took the time to explain what she was doing, gave helpful tips for improving my oral hygiene. My teeth feel amazing! Dental nurse, Karen worked so well with the hygienist to make everything run smoothly. It’s clear she’s both skilled and compassionate too! Great team! Highly recommend!

Have been going here for about 2 years now and I initially went to get a crown as I broke one of my front teeth. I am a very scared patient when it comes to dentists and I done quite a bit of research / shopping around before committing to firstly, such an expensive procedure and secondly, to feel comfortable with the dentist who was going to work on me! I met Martin Fallowfield. He was genuine, honest and put me at my ease. Unfortunately, I required root canal at that time and he was the third dentist that told me that, so I guess it had to be done. But he explained why it needed doing and I realised better now than once the crown is fitted. He explained the procedure in detail. I had it done and since then Martin has been my regular dentist. He’s very knowledgeable, very nice and friendly and his nurse is also very lovely. The end result was Martin done an amazing job on my broken tooth and I have the most amazing crown that looks exactly like my own tooth! I also have Jacqui O’Rouke as my hygienist and she is also amazing. Really gentle, gives you breaks inbetween the cleaning and so friendly. In fact, everyone here is so lovely. From the time you enter, you’re greeted by the lovely receptionists always smiling and happy to the time you leave. I now have regular hygiene and dental care at this practice and I no longer feel afraid of going to the dentist!

I had the great pleasure of attending this dental practice for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly welcoming front line staff on the reception desk. My appointment with Martin was truly excellent. Gentle patient and a very detailed examination. Everything was explained thoroughly and a plan put in action. I then went on to visit Jacqui for my hygiene. She to was excellent also. As above, treated me gently thoroughly explained what she was doing. Asked detailed questions to help me produce my own hygiene. She was very informative. I left this practice knowing I was in very good hands for my next procedure and my hygiene visits. Would give a 100 stars if I could!!

I was so pleased to find Smile Oralcare who allow you to register for Denplan Care where most surgeries only allow you to register under Denplan Essentials. With Denplan Care I not only get Check up and Hygiene appointments free but also treatment discounted. So glad to have Martin as my dentist now, he was relaxed and put me at ease as Im a nervous patient.

I used to be really apprehensive about coming to dental appointments but having been with Oralcare for many years I know that the team will always make me feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. Everything is carefully explained, booking appointments is simple and I always receive helpful reminders. Definitely recommend.

I can say without a doubt Martin at smile Oralcare is the best dentist I have ever had. This is from someone who feared going to the dentist for years. He does great work and never leaves me feeling any discomfort. All of the dental work that I ha e had done which is very extensive over the years has been exemplary.His dental nurse / assistant is extremely efficient to the point of being almost psychic regarding what Martin needs during any procedure. The Hygenist at Oralcare is also top notch Jackie does a great job during my check ups. There is not a lot for her to do on my visits now due to the better brushing and flossing routine that has been encouraged and instilled in me by the team on previous visits. All of the reception team are equally on top of there jobs and are very Happy to help in whatever way they can.
