I would like to say thank you for your service. After my recent visit to your practice, I have found your receptionist Emily, very kind, welcoming with a lovely smile. She made me feel more like a friend than a patient. This applied to all the staff, the warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel so relaxed. Thank You so much ALL for your amazing service.

Absolutely shocking. Discrimination between private and NHS patients is embarrassing. As a NHS patient, I’m having to wait 50 minutes before getting into my appointment on wooden chairs which create severe back pain !!

Dr Sangera and his team are fantastic Ive been going to this practice since I was 21 so 30 years .I always feel Ive been looked after .They always fit me in if I need an emergency .Always give me the best advice .

Been here years but moved once they went private and turns out I needed loads of work that they must have been ignoring for years presumably because I was an nhs patient. Impossible that this extensive work would have been created in the few months gap between seeing them and my new dentist. I also have tmj and need a mouth guard to protect my teeth and they never told me this in all the years I have been seeing them.

Been a great dentist up until now & I’ll be honest, my mum was waiting for a plate to be fitted for a very long time. Currently signed off permanently and relies on the NHS dentists, I understand it’s not their fault but this specific matter is kind of their fault. Plate meant to be fitted, waiting months, I call in to be told the dentist is going on maternity leave but by the time they’re back we will have to pay. Pretty impossible for someone on benefits with no extra income. Disappointed we was told one thing & then another. As a professional company I expect more in terms of communication & fake promises. But yes the government should be paying them more. Also, website is down and can’t be accessed at this time

Very disorganised, doesn't matter how much you try to update your address with them they never update their records. Constantly cancel appointments which have been made months in advance. Parking is inadequate at the Peterborough branch, and the practice itself is extremely dated. Now they've basically said they're not NHS anymore, solely private from 1st October. However, they've cancelled mine and my daughter's appointment for 15th September (by leaving a garbled message on my phone and directing me to the website for more information), so I guess the change is with immediate affect. If I'm being forced to pay private fees my standards are much much higher, so I'll be seeking a new dental practice.
