I like this place and especially the dentist and his assistant we usually see and they both are really good with children too. He is helpful and polite with patients. I had bad experience in past with another dentist then changed to different dentist in same place and now I am happy. I think it depends who is your dentist. Female receptionist is good too. She doesn't rush and give you time to think. My last experience after lockdown and long waiting app I was looked after very well along with my kids. This review is for upstairs dentist at 95 Lincoln rd.
Extremely NOT HAPPY so rude receptionist and the female dentist doesn’t know how to Filling up the teeth. Or maybe they know how to do the good job but don’t want to do it because you go again I don’t have so much money.
Misdiagnosed an abcess and then took a chip out of my tooth during a routine clean to make up for it. Will never go back and I can only suggest others avoid them.
I have been going to this dentist for years,I became ill and had to cancel some appointments that I had made,I did phone up everytime I couldn't make it but then suddenly I received a letter that they had chucked me out,I was left in the middle of some treatment without no dentist to go to,which I don't think is very good at all as I am now in a lot of pain and have been for a while now as I cannot seem to get into any other dentist at the moment 😩
No words to explain how rude were the tall male dentist and receptionist....will never go back there.
